Installer

Download the Windows installer (.exe) from the release page, run it and follow the wizard. Compared with the zip package, the installer writes the program into a chosen folder, creates shortcuts, and is removed through Windows “Apps & features”.

1 Download the installer

Find the Windows installer on the release page and download it.

2 Run the wizard

Double click the downloaded file to start the setup program.

3 Choose the install folder

Change the install path if needed, or keep the default.

4 Finish the installation

Wait for the setup to complete, keep “Run now” checked if offered, then close the wizard.

5 Start and verify

Launch Fast-Https from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut; the tray icon appears in the notification area.

Open https://localhost:8080/index.html — seeing the default page means the installation succeeded.
